whats warmer the rip curl e bomb or the psycho 3 2013 models, also which is the quickest drying
As far as warmth and drying times go, I’d say both wetsuits are fairly comparable. The O’Neill Psycho III features liquid taped seams on both the interior and exterior areas of the suit. As the seams start to break down after a few seasons, the liquid tape preserves the integrity, keeping it warmer.
One thing to note about the Psycho III is that it’s only available as a back zip. Rip Curl’s E-Bomb offers both a back and chest zip entry. If you’re partial to chest zipped suits, that may be a factor too.
If warmth is a true consideration for you, I’d recommend Rip Curl’s Flash Bomb which features their award winning Flash Lining insulation. Not only will the wetsuit be warmer, but it’s also the fastest drying suit on the market.
