Carlos Munoz is from Costa Rica, a lovely central american country with an eclectic setup of waves; from sandy bottom board breaking barrels to slabbing reef. Carlos stayed at the Surf Ride house early last year when he was in Southern CA for a WQS event. We also saw him in Bali shredding Uluwatu racetrack. Check out his 2012 Innersection submission below.
