The Chargers didn’t make it to the Super Bowl this year (dangit- Super Bowl hype deflated). A big part of the game day experience is getting to see how big companies spend $6 million dollars in 1 minute, via commercial air time. Here are our favorites, including the translation for the FIAT commercial.
‘Thing Called Love’ via Samsung Mobile USA. Who didn’t like this commercial?
‘High Performance Basketball’ via Bridgestone. Bump/Knock out is a big part of our lunch time stretch, so this caught our eye.
‘Transactions’ via Acura NSX. Jerry Seinfeld tries to bribe a man for the first Acura NSX. Commercial includes stellar laughs from Seinfeld and a cameo by the ‘Soup Nazi’. “Soup for you.”
‘Phone Innovators’ via Best Buy. Very cool to see all the tech nerd masters behind phone innovations such as, instagram, the camera phone and voice automation; technology we use on the reg’.
‘FIAT 500 Abarth 2012 Super Bowl Commercial’ via FIAT. Wow, seduction with an Italian tongue. I can assure you, whatever chit chat, or beer fetching going on during this commercial halted immediately.
Here is the translation for the FIAT 500 Abarth Super Bowl Commercial, featuring the beautiful woman. “What are you looking at? Uh!? What are you looking at?! (slap) Are you undressing me with your eyes? Poor guy…you can’t help it? Is your heart beating? Is your head spinning? Do you feel lost thinking that I could be yours forever?”
